Steak 'n Shake

"I had the fresco burger combo with a chocolate shake, it was served hot and the taste was favorable . Service was fantastic , the atmosphere was clean , and the room temp was perfect."

"It's been a long time since eating here and it will probably be a long time again. The manager is awesome, but that's pretty much all that's awesome. I assume the lady working was the manager. Burger was made wrong and they just scraped off the toppings and put on a cold piece of cheese and brought it out. She did offer to replace it, but I chose to go ahead and eat it as my family already had their food and I had already waited for them to supposedly fix it. They put way to much seasoning on the patties on all of our burgers. Fries were as good as the last time we ate there. It's a far cry from the good ole days pre covid. They have changed so much. It's no wonder it's so empty inside."
